Seems like I’ve only just arrived but I’m saying a goodbye, but just for now.
I’m off on holiday for a week – to Mallorca for a bit of sun in Palma.
But I’m back early September and Harry’s scheduled hill sessions for a midweek session which is supposed to build stamina and I think he calls it VO2, but something to do with my breathing while running improving. Which is what I like. Being able to breathe is always good.
Hills? I’m thinking tough – not that it’s going to keep me off the tapas.
Anyway, you can rest assured I will tell you all about it.
