So in late 2012 I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my left hip.
Not the most useful attribute for a keen runner.
I’d been in a fair amount of pain, even walking, throughout the autumn and it’s niggled on and off all January.
Of course I’ve learned a lot about the condition since then and talked through the options with my GP. I am not keen on steroid injections no matter how painful it gets.
My physio talks in terms of ‘maintaining mobility’ which is fine, but i want all the mobility back.
So I’m looking at natural solutions, not chemical. I’m looking at a lot of yoga and and nutrition for a lot of the solutions.
